Every now and again I end up creating a new blog, and year after year like those faulty new years resolutions I fail to maintain it. Usually something happens like an accidental rm -rf to the webroot, or I break the CMS, and I just go back to only hosting my files, and http://lilstevie.geek.nz falls back to a 404.

So like the same new years resolution you have made for the past 10 years, I am attempting to return to the blog. I do have content already lined up from my latest few projects. I have a new server, this time one with enough RAM to run the various project backends, be it file services, or git, and my blog.

My gitlab instance at http://git.lilstevie.geek.nz has already been migrated to the new server, and DNS records updated. This service should be faster and more reliable than it has been in the past thanks to moving away from the old, frequently congested data centre.

Over the next few days the rest of the content from the old server will be moved over to the new server. New sections added, and I will start posting about a few of the projects I have been working on over the past year
